The West Virginia State Firemen's Association regrets to inform of the passing of life member David C. Harman, of the Keyser Volunteer Fire Department. The honorable Mr. Harman was a past-President of the association and long-time Parliamentarian and served as the original member of the Fireman's Memorial Committee. David's jovial demeanor and calls for "point of order" during association convention sessions will be greatly missed! Our thoughts and prayers are with David's family and the family of the Keyser VFD. Dave, rest easy brother, we will take it from here!
