House Bill 2852 – Fireworks Legislation

Billing Legislation

The West Virginia State Firemen’s Association just got Legislation introduced in both the House and the Senate that will allow for increased billing by fire departments. This is a much needed increase as the old language in the code only allowed for “up to” $500 for non hazmat billing.
